As a rule of the thumb, Perfectionist Aamir Khan sticks to his one movie per year regimen and manages to churn out magically brilliant movies which are thoroughly enjoyable by the crowd, barring very few movies. The intellectual Khan not only chooses finest themes for his movies but also delivers the same in the action front.
The tickets for advance booking that opened on Sunday sold like hot cakes within hours after the bookings started. This is the first movie he would be pairing with Rani and Kareena at the same time in a movie.  Talaash Review

Story

From what we know already, the movie is a crime thriller, rumored to be based on the Aarushi murder case (no confirmation of the same has been received). Aamir Khan would play Surjan Singh Shekhawat, the investigation officer who is after clues from an accident.
The inspector is tormented by his family falling apart on the other hand as things aren't on good terms with his wife Shreya (Rani Mukherjee).
During the investigation Shekhawat meets a sex worker Rosie, played by Kareena Kapoor, who reveals a few details crucial to the movie while further deepening the labyrinthine plot.
What does the prima facie case which was registered as a murder hide beneath the veneer?
The wicked twist of tales that ensues as the story unfolds while stirring up nerve-wracking tension is what forms the main theme of the story.

Analysis :

Talaash review Ram Sampath, who made a few quirky numbers with great catchy tunes in Delhi Belly has been put to test once more by Aamir Khan and he has passed, though not with flying colors. Lyrics from Javed Akhtar have been penned with great attention to the moods. Though they may not be chartbusters, a few songs like Laakh duniya kahe', Jee le zaraa' etc definitely would find some space on your iPods for quite some time. More to come after the movie releases on November 30.

Performance :

Talaash review Without a doubt we can expect the classiest of the action from Aamir Khan notwithstanding the role he has been assigned. This movie shall only strengthen the fact further. Kareena has been doing great with the roles of a sex worker recently and we see no reason why she should fail in this movie. Rani Mukherjee who has made a comeback recently with Aiyaa has been back to form clearly. After her warm-up exercise, this would definitely make it to one of her best movies.
Final Word: With a convoluted plot unfurling at a good pace, un-obscuring the mysterious plot of the movie, Talaash review  is sure to be great hit with the audience.

Son Of Sardar Review

Son of Sardar
  • Film : Son of Sardar
  • Producer : Ajay Devgn, N.R.Pachisia, Pravin Talreja
  • Director : Ashwni Dhir
  • Star Cast : Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, Juhi Chawla, Vindu Dara Singh..
  • Music Director : Himesh Reshammiya, Sajid-Wajid
  • Rating :
    fullfullfullfullfull2

First things first , the movie is entertaining . With loads of punjabi tadka the creators tried to leave no stone unturned to make it a wholesome entertainer. But adding too much spice is also not good because with too much spice you don't find the real taste as it should have been. Then again some people love too many flavors in a single dish...! Son of Sardar Review Read on to know if SOS is worth tasting.

Story

In Landon, member of Randhawa family Jassi (Ajay Devgn) gets a courier from back home stating that there is some issue with government regarding his ancestral land. His mother took him and fled the country years ago after the death of his father. There is a long standing feud going on with the rival Sandhu family.

Back home, Billu (Sanjay Dutt) the brother of the last fallen Sandhu killed by Jassi's (Ajay) father, abandons his sweetheart Pammi (Juhi Chawla) at their wedding, vowing to marry only when he will wipe out the existence of Randhawa family . Similarly Billu’s nephews Titu (Vindu Dara Singh) and Tony (Mukul Dev) swears to stay off ice-cream and cold drinks . Presuming that the anger must have cooled down in 25 years, Jassi returns to India where he falls for Sukh (Sonakshi Sinha) in a love-at-first-sight manner. With some twist here and there, Jassi enters Sandhu family home or rather mansion as a guest. And Sandhu's have strong belief in “ aatithi param deva” type of philosophy, so till the time he stays in the house no one can cause harm to him not even the mighty Billu himself.

So how does this son of Sardar manages to escape from Sandhu's wrath and how does he get his ladylove?

Analysis :

Son of Sardar review Like in the beginning we said it has all the ingredients a typical masala movie should have. But in-spite of this it falls flat at times. Some slap-stick ,loud jokes may give you the reason to rename SOS to “Save Our Soul” . But if you leave-your-brain-at-home and if you liked movies like Golmaal series then this might work for you. The writers tried to make every sequence as funny as they could but in that process they ended up overdoing it. There is no proper storyline and the flaws in the scripts are clearly visible when there is an unnecessary twist in the love story of the lead pair or ending of decades long Khandani dushmani in nearly fifteen – twenty second.

Performance :

Son of Sardar review On the acting front all the actors have done moderately well which makes you angry for the relatively bad script. Ajay as a Sardar , no Bhagat Singh but Lovable, Sanjay as billu is entertaining, Sonakshi as a punjabi kudi is convincing but the real show- stealer is Mukul Dev as Tony with his drunkard Sardar role. Juhi is as graceful as always .
Final Word: Son of Sardar Review If you don't mind nonsense comedy and if over the top action thrills you then go for it. It is entertaining and annoying at the same time. So it's love it or hate it. If you've laughed liked crazy at any video that includes“ Monkey-wearing-a-tuxedo” , most probably this is your movie and it's not an uncommon thing either, as the definition of entertainment is relative..!
